No air Germany strategy viable?

This is more for the mp aspect of the game. But, no air Soviets is a big strat, so is the same true for a no air Germany?

It's kind of viable, but not as beneficial as for the Soviets. Having air superiority is still better than having lots of flak to mitigate enemy air superiority, and Germany can usually get at least local air superiority against the USSR.

I think you need air to beat a good France. Good france being 8 40w HT2s for war (which is possible, tech steal it from South Africa in Aug 38).

Bomb Romania, bomb Poland, observe how Panzers run out of supply ?

What if instead of using MIC and CIC (rubber import) on fighters, Germany invests in max static AA across the board and rushes AA tech?

I know that Secret Master will counter that with mass strat bombers, but then again IIRC even fighter defence won't help against that.

Supply is your biggest enemy. In the eastern front, you can easily reach a point where the extra factories on tanks do absolutely nothing since they can only park somewhere away from the most eastern logistics zones.

Air becomes the only way to put more ICs into the battle.
