NG+ importable items

Is there a complete list of all NG+ importable items? This is a screenshot of my tentatively complete list. Can anyone see anything I am missing?

Also, do forge quality upgrades to the importable items carry over to NG+? Or do they start at a default quality?

ok so it seems like the list is probably complete and export quality doesn't affect import quality. import quality seems to be tied to imported character exp or cycle count of ng+

Any chance you could throw that save file somewhere? I've been looking for years for an NG+9 Save File with no luck (and recently decided to delete my old cheated save files)
