Although in the last patch with the name Husky he did not come Italian reworked but he did touch the rest of the countries of the western Mediterranean such as France, Spain and Portugal, therefore I believe that Barbarossa would deeply touch the eastern front in general, possibly accompanied by Soviet, Polish or Both and perfectly Collie patch will touch and there will be small for Asian or Pacific front in general

Yeah, but it's not like torch updated north africa or france, and cornflakes didn't add a postal system so it still is a stretch to tie the name to content.

but I think over time that premise has changed, I think patch names are a clue of the thematic area that they want to play in that particular patch or in the accompanying dlc because it is not quasi-quality that they leave Barbarossa for more Collie will surely be bigger and will be accompanied by a dlc by the end of February next year and that possibly Collie, who will be smaller, will surely come before the end of the year, maybe for November or early December, they will be small improvements for the Pacific front in general

I think it's much more likely they picked collie and barbarossa as names because the hoi4 team likes dogs and it's famous respectively. More than the name what makes me lean towards one of the two being a ussr update is that they said in the past that such an update would take a lot of time. So it would make sense if they tried to keep development moving along by making something else in parallel (though there's certainly risk involved with that). Also, just because collie is 1.10 and barbarossa is 1.11 right now, doesn't actually mean they'll be released in that order should things get messy.

I think they said that there would be no problem working two patches at the same time since they had a team big enough to do it. I don't think they will change the patch order when they have officially announced it in a DEV and I think and if they have they are convinced that they can do it successfully

I do not believe the chief developer such as Podcat announces something but is fully convinced that it is totally feasible to do what he has announced in a DEV

Unless Podcat or another actual PDX employee says it, it's somebody just bullshitting their ideas, don't believe anything YOU don't read yourself from an official source.
