4 teams doesn't mean 4 new games. No EU4/CK 3 is too early with Magna Mundi and just released.
It will be very likely:
RomeII, Great War(WWI), Cold WarI, Modern War I..(Maybe the last three will be done from Paradox France someday?)
Cheers,

Like they said above CK2 team is still working on CK2 dlc/expansion
there is probably another expansion only team though I might be wrong
Any big game will probably have a long development cycle so the big one has still a long way to go. I also believe (and hope for) Rome 2 though I know I'll be unable not to sign up for beta again and I know it's as much work than awe and I wonder why it makes me drool so much (heck I know it, never understood why people disliked rome so much, it had some shortcomings but the game experience really changed depending the country you picked and loved that). But it'd be logical in a way as it'd be the game to benefit the most from current ck2 mechanism i guess. (well it could well go with HOI4 if they go by sheer sales number though but I'd be surprise if CK2 doesn't beat HOI3 somehow I have seen so many people trying their first pdox game with it)
Last one is probably for Napoleon Campaign II I suppose or any smalle development cycle game they want to release before (ala sengoku) at least that's how I envision it but ditch all the blabla above I just can't wait for gamescon now!
Also funny thing is that if you mix up reddit answers from Johan you know he wants to play britanny in Rome 2 with rock & roll music in the background
