After defending against a Crusade and losing my previous stack of retinues, when the war was over I created some more retinues. They have been sitting there for nearly a year in my capital not reinforcing depsite all my troops being available and not coming close to my max retinue limit. Disbanding then trying again results in the same issue. Reload/Restart of game gives same issue.

Vanilla CK2 + all DLCs (PC version).

Rolled back to a much earlier save, and disbanded and recreated new retinue and it is still happening. This completely breaks the game.

UPDATE:
After a bit of head scratching, I noticed the reinforce retinue button had been turned off. How does this happen? I've most certainly not done it myself. Under what circumstacnes does this get turned off? I made a new game before I realised this, and, reinue reinforcement was also turned off there too. How is this carrying through between completely different saves?

The only probable scenario where this should happen would be if you switched character and your heir was already landed? In that case you could have "inherited" the reinforcement settings from the AI?
