Hi, I've installed this mod made by our hero, Lothos, and have a few questions.
1.) I see that the German production que is filled with naval units. May I discontinue them in order to produce factories? I know I can, I just want to make sure building naval units isn't tied to some event I will regret not popping up later.
2.) I like getting rid of German Old Guard, but I realize many minors rely on them almost exclusively (at least in vanilla). May I add these lines in the 1936 AI files for all countries, or does the TRP mod have its own way of dealing with this?:
*******************
"leader_ratio = {
land_field_marshal = 0.0420 #0.02 # 1 per 24 divisions (HQ bonus)
land_general = 0.1110 #0.031 # 1 per 9 divisions
land_lt_general = 0.3330 #0.41 # 1 per 3 divisions
sea_grand_admiral = 0.0330 #0.02 # 1 per 30 ships
sea_admiral = 0.0560 #0.061 # 1 per 18 ships
sea_vice_admiral = 0.0830 #0.401 # 1 per 12 ships
air_marshal = 0.0630 #0.02 # 1 per 16 aircraft
air_general = 0.1250 #0.091 # 1 per 8 aircraft
air_lt_General = 0.2500 #0.11 # 1 per 4 aircraft
}
This suggestion on a better mix of promotions was posted some time ago cant remember by who though.
As you can se with this you will have 1 lt Gen. per 3 divisions. These figures would also help the AI a lot since the AI numbers of generals is directly guided by the autopromotion. With the original setting the AI is constantly short of generals."

The above was copied from a post but I don't have the author's name. Pardon.
Thanks in advance!
