I am an old Axis and Allies fan that is attempting to cross over to the world of Hearts of Iron. I have two quick questions. First, when I irun my HOI2 game the screen looks like it is continually refreshing. I read an online review that noted the same effect. Do any of the patches correct this problem, or do I need to tweak my computer settings? Second, I see that you have several patches. Which one or ones should I choose. Do the newer one include the earlier ones, or do I need to download all of them. Thanks for your help.

By refreshing do you mean the screen flashes?
If so this is caused by something in the background causing a conflict.
Music match is the number one culprit lately. look for MM.exe in your processes.

Mirror just means that there are other sites that have a copy of the patch.
This is so if one site is down or busy/slow you can get it somewhere else.
