Some newbie questions here:

-Is it possible to reduce unrest in any way except through events?

-Is it impossible for two neutrals to create an alliance? Manuel seems to indicate so...

-The rebels in Spain took complete control over iberia...all that was left of old Spain was the colonies...normal? Any event to kick in german help?

-How is the "war readiness" counter affected? Any way to speed it up/down?

-How much does increasing infrastructure increase the amount of resources created? One "unit"? More?

-As expected, Norway has a quite large merchant fleet, with 200 transports to ferry resources with....but what is the point of having it? Can you use it for anything?

-Is the only way for minor nations to gain resources they don't have through the "international trade" window? Can I send transports and bring resources from fareign harbours? IE, bring oil from british colonies to Norwegian mainland, and perhaps coal the other way?

Thank you for your time! :)

Argh!!! Max!!!
That's what I get for using good spelling, capitalization, punctuation and grammar. :(

The more you use your economy for consumer goods, the more your dissent will go down... it's very expensive though

No neutrals can form alliances. Just the big 3.

There's an event to see if you want to support Franco early on (costs manpower, ICs I think, etc.). There's no event to see if you ship him any forces or anything like that though.

War entry score dependant upon Axis aggression. The more aggressive they are, the higher it goes up. If you're one of the Allies, there's no way to control this.

We're still wondering about the infrastructure and resources relationship.

Convoy transports are only good for shipping stuff around your country. Unless you have overseas stuff (or you're invading overseas and need to transport resources there for your offensive) then they don't do any good.

Right now you can only use the 'World Trade' window to get resources from overseas. However, a country can use its convoy transports to send you stuff willingly (very uncommon though... usually only places like Canada shipping excess coal to Britain, and Britain shipping oil back, etc.).

:)
