There's no updated manual, but reading through the forums should provide some help and advice. I'd recommend re-reading the manual first, it is written by a gamer for gamers.
NA is Napoleons Ambitions, which is an expansion we released in August for direct download. The 2.1 patch is the latest for it, and we hope to have 2.2 out soon.
