For this session, since I'm not there, we need to have someone that will make decision if there is a fight over some points during the game.
For some reasons, I've choosen Cobjor to be this man (he doesn'T know it yet though).
1- He plays China, which makes me believe that he will be more objective toward European matters
2- He plays with us since only 2 sessions, which makes me believe that he still doesn't have any "hard" feelings towards another nation.
3- He studied laws, which makes me believe that he can be objective.
However, to avoid anything that can be disrecpectful towards peoples and the game, his decisions needs to be accepted by Dr Bob and Konrad. Those one were choosen randomly by the way.
This system is applicable only for decision that needs to be made in the game today.
I provide you with this to avoid endless discussion over some matters that can occurs.

Situation in Ottoman Empire is excellent. I really take care of your country as if it was mine. I made one error and that was in war with Sweden. You said to me that I should be gentle and he said that you must have told me that so... hmm... he tricked me in peace for merely 500 ducats because I thought that Russia is winning war. The rest of agreed money (500) I never recieved. I will use this occasion to appologise to Elio for my stupidity.
From that moment on, OE lived through neverending expansion. Monthly income jumped to 319 ducats. Inflation is 0.3% and when slider is on +0.0% infla/month you recive 45.3 ducats per month. Yearly income (on the end of one year - start of another) is more than 1100 ducats. Stability is +3 and you have 12 merchants per year. Eastern and western Africa is explored and colonised. City is built in Issas. Currently fortress is in construction. You need to place bailif, legal counsel and mayor there. One Weapon manufactory is built as you requested in province with iron. Some conversions are in progress. Every province in the empire has legal counsel, mayor and bailif as you requested. Fortresses are built throughout empire (in balcans, on the border with Persia and left of Smyrnia) - a lot of them I really can't remember. You firmly keep monopolies in Crimea, Smyrnia and Egypt, have 5 merchants in Delhi, Mascate and Andalusia and leading constant battle in Tago. I monopolised Vendee for a long time until Paris, in unprecedented expresion of hatred towards Alah, banned me from there .
Navy is strenghtened and galleys are placed beside coast as an early warning system and security from pirates. Infra 6 is researched as you demanded and I continued with land technology. You have some sick general in capital and your army has been significantly strenghtened (226186, 120882, 600) but empire doesn't feel that as burden. Despite the fact that OE has the largest army in the world by far, you have large monthly suficit.
I didn't want to experiment with wars because it isn't my country so OE lived in peace. As for my opinion I wouldn't like to have war with this monstrum of an empire.
It was pleasure to sub you Bal, I haven't expirienced peace since EGA3 and I enjoyed -- It was long awaited rest for my soul.

i believe this session was a pretty good one for Spain, very good even IMO. Stil Spain brings the medieval into this modern world of ours! Our high inflation, low infrasructure level and low innovativeness make Spain more of a Medieval Empire than a modern nation.
To consolidate my position inSouth America, i am offering to buy the lvl 1 TP's of Aisen, Tocuvo and Surinam from England, as well as the level 6 TP of Cuyuni from Portugal. I offer England the lvl 2 TP of Bermuda and 100 gold ducats, awaiting only his confirmation before requesting the edit.
As for Cuyuni, if Portugal will sell it, i am offering 200 gold ducats.
Also Spain, being a good friend of both these countries (i hope they consider me as one too), would like to mediate the conflict.
Furthermore, Spain will respect foreign CoTs, but spamming my CoTs with merchants will lead to an inevitable embargo from the COTs of Andalusia, Firenze, Veneto and Casamance. Here i am adressing Sweden and France, and partially OE, although their actions might not be intentional, in which case i ask only more attention when sending merchants in the future. Spain will respect other nations' right to monopolize their own CoT. I have also asked for Austria's permission before sending merchants to his CoTs and monopolize. I think commercial relations should be civil.
Last but not least i want to thank the subs for playing and allowing us to have a good, normal session.

Just some info. We waited for Bull and Mehram until 19:30 CET. They where not there then, so we started with Dago and Fraese as subs. We had to rehost after two years into the game (around 20:00 CET), and then picked up Bull and Mehram. As far as I know nothing important happened to their countries in those two years.
Then there where some other rehost (Jamala - reinstall Windows!
), but everything went rather fine. Fraese subbed for Jamala during the last 30 minutes (MTS!). We had to end the session just after 23:00 CET, as people had to leave (amongst then Bull, who was/is in a war). We ended in august, just so that Fnuco could pay his last lagloan. We played for 19 years (or so). Just at the end of the session, Dr Bob burned Bulls tradepost (I think somewhere in Africa). They can tell you more about it.
EDIT: I also think that OE and Russia has some things to discuss...
