I think that it doesn't generate enough leader. Any suggestions?

About French-Austrian treaty. I can't transfer those provinces now since combat are taking place there (with a half-done siege by Spain). It would be like cutting the grass under Spain's feets.

Since Austria have cores on those lands, it will be easy to dow france and ask for those provinces without conquering them (worth 88% when not occupied), right at the beginning of the game or right after the war whatever you decide.

Franch maps can be transfered easily in-game.

Balinus is doing a great work with all the edits.

However, to help him out, I think that every edit, which includes the transfer of a province/s, added cores etc, also should mention the id of the province/s in question.
