newb q - what DB holds event text?

Relatively new EU2 player, just mucking around looking at the event codes (in the events DB, naturally), very interesting, but the descriptive text ("king john doe was a very wicked king, and his courtiers rebelled in 1458, leading to much unhappiness, diplomatic deceit, and rapid technological advance by the peasants...") seems to be elsewhere, and I cant find it.

Surely some of you good people will know where it is located.
