I just got the game and I have no clue how to train the peasents of a village I just went to. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

From inside the village:
Talk to elder: click on train peasants option. The time spent on training them depends on the party trainer level. Win the following combat. A loss resets the training.
From outside the village:
Click on village, click on the training peasants option.
From inside the village:
Talk to elder: click on train peasants option. The time spent on training them depends on the party trainer level. Win the following combat. A loss resets the training.
From outside the village:
Click on village, click on the training peasants option.
I would recommend you skip the training peasants quest. Unless your character has a lot of points invested into pole arms the reward really isn't worth the trouble.
