I just (re-?)noticed in my current game that you cannot do an amphibious assault on Dunedin, the only beach province on the southern island in New Zealand. I had to do an aerial assault on the other half of the island in order to finish them off. I vaguely remember this from before. Is there something in the data files that causes this or is it some engine issue because the province is on the edge of the map?
