I would prefer that the marketing managers who work on the youtube channel did not work on the actual game, but maybe that's just my preference.

Not sure what that has to do with my post, as I did not suggest anything of the sort. Just given the choice I would prefer more content for the game than for YouTube.

That's a shame the 3 new tutorial videos for Green Cities on this channel are not realized with a vanilla game.
The "Move It" mod is clearly used... if you know this mod.

People expect to have what they see in official videos when they buy the game.
It upsets me a little :oops:

When is MoveIt used in the tutorials? I totally didn't see that and skimming through them I can't seem to find the mod used at any point.

The only mod being used was a camera mod, to help with filming. Move It was definitely not used =)

That's more likely the anarchy mod (as seen with the fire chirpy) removing collision detection than MoveIt, since MoveIt is nowhere to be seen on the UI. And this is super minor, I thought we were talking about actually moving buildings around with the mod in the video. This is something that the vast majority won't even notice isn't happening in their unmodded game.

Honestly haven’t looked at any of these videos, I start looking at tutorials only when I start getting frustrated not understanding how a game mechanic works (ex: cities Skylines tutorials I watched were mostly about traffic control).

That being said I find it kind of disappointing that for the release of this DLC on consoles you guys still didn’t want to use the console version for the “official” tutorials. Three videos, all under three minutes so I’m gonna guess it’s not even more than a presentation of most features. I’ll admit that most viewers won’t even see the difference but to me it feels... weak? Dishonest? I’m not sure how to describe it. Kind of like you guys didn’t trust the “basic” console version for three short videos presenting your product. I’m not saying it’s the end of the work or even really bad... it just kind of leaves a bad taste realizing you don’t trust your product to sell itself on console...
