I just got something uploaded to Victoria 2, and I was wondering if it was a new patch or something? Its strange because I don't see any commotion here, and I was wondering if they finally updated the game officially to 5.2?

Well I was just playing HoD 3.01 I believe and as soon as I quit the game started updating... In fact I was about to post a thread just like this xD
Edit: I can confirm game updated to 3.02 (although the launcher still said 3.01 :s)
