New update issue on the fleet stances is not logical

This new update on military fleet stance does not make sense.

"- Military fleets can no longer be set to evasive stance, to avoid accidental retreats when switching stances"

With this new update, any military ship has no chance to avoid confrontation if it finds it. Regardless of the strength he will wait to be engaged ( most of the time being destroyed).

It's senseless that military fleet's can't avoid conflict. Before the update, you could use your military fleets as explorers, pillagers, recon, between other roles. Now you have to be 3x more careful because they can enter systems with enemies and can not evade. As if you forgot to order them to avoid conflict.

As in real life, at the military level, specific orders may be given, such as passive surveillance, active surveillance, undetectable recon, search and destroy, retrieve data,evasive recon, etc ...
So fleets,as a military part, should be aloud to evade if ordered in the stances.

Not to mention the reason why it was introduced. "... to avoid accidental retreats when switching stances" . why will you change the stances within the enemy's system?, you may change it before giving the order to attack the system. If you are not careful, in the worst case your fleet will just retreat and you can issue the order again.

Well, my suggestion is that you can change the square of stances to 3 mini squares below with the 3 types of stances, to avoid such accidents.

Because of this problem i had to begin a game and in 5 month (in-game) of the early game i lost my fleet of 9 corevetts and 1 admiral , all because of this update.

I want to know if you agree with this issue?
