Do i just wait untill people realise i lowered their taxation or what?
I want to stay conservative so i don`t want to do reforms at press or Political parties. If its enough to keep my country as conservative via national focus, i can enact reforms of course, i am new, so i don`t know what i should be doing.

Looking at the Screenies it seems your population is more Liberal than you are. Hopefully your Upper House will allow you to pass some Social Reforms. What I generally do is pass the Reform that effects the most people first.... so I would try to pass minimum wage first.

You are going to have Anarcho-Liberal Rebels as long as you are Conservative and much of your Voting Population is Liberal.

Use NF's on supporting the Conservative Party in your biggest states for at least a year. Then hold an Election. Also Suppress the Voting rights movement.....and keep doing so but only when it is really big and you have no other option. Because it will comeback bigger and stronger afterwards.......about a year or so.

I see you have very very high revenue stream. More than 1000 pounds a day. Make sure your tariffs and taxation are low. Make sure your population is at least getting their everyday needs, and never have it drop into the red, (getting none of their needs). You have a 2.4 million pound buffer zone in your treasury, (which should be plenty in case things get bad), so you can afford to maybe have 100 pounds a day, or even go a small -50 a day.

Although, I see you have Elsaß-Lothrigen, which means you must have conquered Alsace-Lorraine from France, IF you added cut down to size in the Franco-Prussian war then the 1000 pound revenue could be from that, if so, disregard what I said.

But high taxation and tariffs really do burden the population, so unless you are in a large-scale war, keep it low.

Don´t bother with the tiny nationalists, think of them as derpy people who think too much of the past :)

What you should bother with are the big anarcho-liberal douchebags. Those will revolt.

High tariffs can mean many POPS without everyday or luxury needs, thus increasing militancy. It isn´t about taxes only. Am I correct? I seldom raise tariffs so I don´t recall for sure if tariffs also affect goods imported by POPs.

Yes, tariffs apply to pops also.

Looks to me like it might be time to enact some political reforms

Also, keep in mind that the National Focus doesn't make your people more conservative, it just makes them more likely to vote for the conservative party in elections.

Also Suppress the Voting rights movement.....and keep doing so but only when it is really big and you have no other option. Because it will comeback bigger and stronger afterwards.......about a year or so.

Note that the original poster has already got universal suffrage, so this shouldn't be it.

Voting Rights movement is the Political Party Reforms. OP has Illegal set. That is Why I said suppress it.

In my games I've used NF's it to help in Elections but it DOES help......if you start an election Cycle and take the options that the Conservative Party Stands for.

Population will become more Conservative.......

Supressing movements unfortunatedly isn´t very effective. You supress Free Press etc etc and one month later POOF another movement. I save supression for that only if there isn´t any nationalist to use on.

He has too many liberals and until all reforms are done they will annoy him. Then after Unions are reformed, POOF socialists will annoy him :)

If you want to go conservative, then never choose any event that increases liberal or socialist percentage, RIGHT from 1836. It´s better to choose the choices that give more CON.

Calling elections is neat but will cause militancy, so it isn´t always a good idea.

I was trying to play conservative game, that is why i did not enact reforms... If i enact other reforms expect press and political parties, do people still rebel? Or if i do those reforms, do my people remain conservative/become more conservative?
Yup. Learn from history bro - if you're playing a conservative game, learn when to concede reform in order to preserve the social order.
Want for reforms lead to rise of National Socialism- you sure i should learn from history? :p
