I would like to remind England & Netherlands that the trade agreement between them are against the rules and should be dissolved at once.

Naval nations (nations with the land/naval slider below 5) aren't allowed to sign TA's with other human played naval nations. This to break the traditional trade blocks and promote trade wars.

this means the rule should cover

England, Venice, Netherlands and Portugal .. no? Whilst all of them have TA with other human players?

So it is not my mood to be lenient in peace terms on this unprovocated gangbang, if there is clear intention of other side to constantly jump on my country again.

For me it is usual business: When someone has a super leader and thus the clear advantage, a coalition against him is justified. I expect the same against me when I have Napoleon. Of course, you now already won (forced peace) so I am ready to sign peace.

But do you really consider Russia+Sweden+France against Netherlands+Bavaria+Prussia+Freddy II a gangbang? If so, why are you guys winning?

And finally, even if this really was a gangbang (the Germans of course had lots of WE and few troops when we dowed), it was certainly not more terrible than wat happened to the Ottoman Empire, who has lost 7 provinces in their last war.

I am quite sure you guys recruited mercenaries non-stop though, since the pool was empty almost all the time. I guess Netherlands, Portugal and Spain funded the Germans.

That was actually Portugal who recruited all those mercs. The civil war that hit me, hit me very hard. Around 200k soldiers became rebels, some 50 provinses revolted, several of them with mighty/large forts which took a lot of troops to regain. On top of that i was low on MP after the swift China campaign.

I would like to thank Spain, France and Sweden for their assistance, without it i would have lost a lot more than a few provinses in India/Asia and Zimbabwe who is now a vassel.

NL is not in the business except funding. You guys spent twice more ducats than us. Funded by Iberians ?

Besides OE MP was 533 before the session and now 870, much more than combined Bavaria+Prussia. At this war Rob thought he would steamroll Bavaria...

France got defeated when Daniel A. subbed the country when Brandenburg, Bavaria and Netherlands attacked it and lost 4 provinces.

I would just like to point out that I did not sign that peace treaty. When I left FRA they were still in war in a, should we say, "less than advantegous" position

For me, this was a fun war. We attacked you guys when you were at a disadvantage (low WE, low troops) and of course hoped to win, but I never thought it was a sure 100% win as a real gangbang would be. Not with players of your quality and Freddy II around.

FAL, without OE it wouldn`t be bang indeed. And i could enjoy this war, until OE got involved and grabbed 4 provinces for free and then demanded my province without justified rights for that. Besides they liberated russian province and still keep me bothering.

But like i said, there can`t be lenient peace without some naps terms.
And not you should scare "Fred will use advantage on someone", but we scared you, because you dowed us as bang, and looks like you are not going to stop and want to repeat it. That limits any abilities of our expansion in, for example, OE. So the price are provinces demanded at max abilities or stopping this banging.

I was afraid NL wanted the OE isles of Lesbos and Naxos when i say his fleet outside Lisbon, so i dow'ed OE at once. Eventhou my fleet in the strait was only at 50% we still beat the OE and quickly took both provinses which OE turned over at once.

Even better they both converted in the first attempt

As the rules state, navel nations are not allowed to sign TA with other "navel" nations. Only England/NL are breaking this rule. It's allowed to sign TA with non-navel nations.

As he said yes. I, as land France, have a TA with the Dutch too for example, and this is allowed.

Prussia is not greedy for Russian provinces, so all terms can be reached.
At the same time Prussia would like to sign 20 years NAP with France between them and germans.

I don`t think it can be counted as hit on allies - Russian provinces look rather crap for Prussia - perhaps only 1 or 2 has some value in eyes of King with Name

We fought big war for that, and got WE and not maximum troops, so that let you attack.

Yes, but Bavaria presents it as them losing lots of stuff because of France, while in fact they are still at +1 province (Krain) compared to start of session.
