Bavarian report:
The country was on WE10 with about 70K troops (half are building), some rebels and some austrian troops. Census was about 100 ducats or lower. So it took around 2 years to make several sieges including austrian capital. Besides France dowed Austria for Elsass and Lux, and when Bavaria reached over +90WS, i accepted first offer of Austria for about 6 provinces.
Next 4 years i dropped WE to 0, built a bit troops, killed rebels and took Ionia from them. Deflating all the time, no deflation years happened. Stability was +3, but -3 stab event came and then another -2 fired. So when WE was over, Bavaria broke the truce and dowed Austria. In three month all austrian provinces were occupied, then i was hunting for all austrian troops, which liked to travel by while flag, and finally caught all them. About 3 years passed to finish all sieges. At the same time ally of Austria, Bosnia was kicked by 18K vs 30K at their capital, which couldn`t retreat anywhere.
At this time bloody evil GM FAL claimed that Wurtemberg vassal is bad, despite he was protestant, so i couldn`t dipannex him. Anyway Wurt was dowed at -2 stab. When Austrian sieges were over, i took all provinces from them and then redowed them one month later. So in less than 10 years Austria was totally finished. Then Wurtemburg was annexed and Bosnia was occupied for many many ages, letting us go closer to CENT 7. I peaced them around 1658, while Austria was annexed about 8 years before. That let real MP of 110-115 grow upto 130.
Then i reached trade5, then infra5, invested in stab to +3. All money went for judjes, bailiffs, judjes, governors, judjes. Austrian and Wurt governors gave us -0.13 deflation already. Finally everything was built - 31 bailiff, 31 judjes and 31 governors. That allowed to get 350 census taxes at +3 stab.
After the first war with Austria i immediatly switched to CRC several years before the event. German soldiers should drink SCHNAPPS !!! But even after that i could trade a bit, though i sold mono in Vienna to England for cheap price thinking i won`t be able to held it by myself. But at the end Bavaria could manage to take about 11-12 ducats from trade settling in minor CoTs. Which is good 10% income free increase.
Once after we told how we poor and small, FAL sent us once state gift about 150 ducats
We thank 12 000 ducats owner, wasted on manus, not talking about improving twenty forts from minimal to large
No other nation sent any ducats to help poor leaderless Bavaria. Finally 100 ducats per month were reached, i deflated from 4.0 to 2.7% and started to make 25% minting when income crossed 80-85.
I decided not to waste money on trying converting protestant Stuttgart and reformed Swiss, Bavaria is not rich for that. 5 minimal forts were improved to small one - all except border with France - useless to improve forts vs Turenne+CRT with Bavarian poor income. Then troops were raised to the limit of 200K. For several years i stored some cash in treasury for future purposes.
Bavaria was very active in diplomatic front, all the time scaring attack from France or OE. Finally nap with both them was signed, but Bavarian borders were always "guarded" by around 200-300K of France and OE. Once FAL broke NAP and dowed poor Bavaria trying to escape from opportunistic siege of Veneto. He didn`t excuse for that even.
At domestic policy, events with -2stab were used to improve Cent and decrease Aris, and to dissapoint FAL, we reached CENT 7 at the end to have the vassal.
