We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
As, imho, AOD is at present the best MP-scenario I am quite upset with this new development myself. I do not understand either, why the entire community is going to be punished for the actions of one man.
I formaly protest this decision and politely suggest that it be reevalued.
Nonetheless, living in the here and now, I propose that we somehow construct a new WaTk 2 - map. Maybe we can salvage parts of other maps ( ) and hammer out a new map this way?
Sadly, I don´t know squat about map-modding but I´ll still offer my services in creating this new map. Guys, let us work together and overcome this present problem.

If you want to blame someone go and blame the person who broke the deal that allowed the scenario to be used. He is the reason you can't use it anymore. He purportedly came back to cause this, that's how much he considers other MP players.
Despite him being an arse over and over again on the forums, not to mention a cheater - just another indication of his consideration for other MP players, I still gave him the option to save his mod, which he accepted to then throw back in my face, and in your collective faces.

To be frank those other scenarios suck, so we desperately need to get a new one up and ready. Starting before 1492 would be a severe letdown, though i can live with it. The best and most enjoyable start would be 1492 .

1520 is my prefered start date actually but 1492 also good. I really dont want to use the old map though.

- I am busy with a 1492 scenario for WatK3v1. So far development is going steady. Also Drake has created a 1453 scenario for WatK3v1, which probably also can be used. When I have at least finished the scenario so far that all mp countries can be played I will post it here and hope for feedback. AI countries can't really bother me, as long as they are remotely correct...
- I will post a preliminary roster and assigned countries this evening too, so you at least can conduct diplomacy already

Are you going to assign coutries randomly or do you have some vision who should neighbour who ?

Since we have so many players now, I will have no patience with players who fail to show up.
If you miss your first session without notice, another player with a more sucky country will immediately get the opportunity to switch with you, or someone in the waiting list will take your spot.
