To be fair, all i see is a white portrait with a question mark. I got the Field Marshal edition myself, but for some reason the portraits arent showing up in the selection. The Hearts of Iron IV: Field Marshal (Pre-Order) section is there, but it is empty.

If you see white boxes instead of pre-order avatar, clear your browser's cache and/or cookies, I clear eveything and I can see them now. btw, I'm using chrome.
