So basically it would work like this:
- New option in the intrigue menu (this could also be a steward action) that says something like "Draft will"
- When you click on it you get a menu of the people in your dynasty
- You can select a person and choose the titles you want them to have (as long as it corresponds with your gender laws)
- After you finish it, people who you promised to give a fief to, people with the greedy trait, or siblings and children get a negative opinion of you if you leave them out
- If someone has a claim to a title and was left out of your will they get two options: 1. a casus belli that lets them force themselves into your will (if you loose then they are in your will) or 2. they can start a plot to re-write your will.


I'm sorry if this is poorly written, but I hope you understood the gist of what I'm getting at here
