Star my new game as organic (2.2 till this only as ME) and got little problem with new pop. On my planet show species, some random and cannot stop grow them, got 2 colony and both grow this pop, cannot stop them or somthing, cannot change to my space, on my capital got now 50% my 50% them and still they grow, cannot change rights for "spread". How to stop them ??

The population growth system is bonkers right now (The game will basically exclusively stop growing any majority species empire wide as soon as a minority species appears)

Until / If Paradox fixes this your best choice is not playing xenophile / egalitarian and engage population controls.

There's a mod that (?) removes the extra weight given to minor species and some of the randomness.
I've got it bookmarked until I get a chance to play this weekend.
