New Spain vs Spain?!?!?!?!?!? OMG

Hi, i am very disappointed with a bug which appears in my ironman game with Castille(Spain). I'm colonizing center america once colonized the Caribbean, I conquer the aztecs and form the New Spain... Well the game continues and some years ago when new spain is full of territories and the aztecs only have 2 territories left, my friendly colonial state proclaim to him the aztecs. Well, no problem, i lost my colonial CB but i can do a claim. When my diplomat ends i declare the war to the dat aztecs and New Spain automatically declares independence and to top it off I can not declare peace to any of the 2 nations ...

I have half france, half italy, all the Caribbean, All New Granada and Portugal... This have a solution o i threw my game on the ground? -.-

was supposed to be fixed in 1.5, but they failed. its been reported, I believe. that game may be ruined for you. I recommend never colonizing the new world until they fix it.

If you have the colonialism cassus bellie you can annex the entire native empire for 0 diplomacy. Only need 1 war.

no, because of another glitch that has been reported but not fixed, full annexation of aztec costs 1000 dip power. aka impossible. its 3 times what it should be, they won't fix it though.

Keep attacking and win some territory in Europe, but you cant don anything with New Spain.
