von can host for 4 ,but if we have a good host we can recruit more people :
we can play for 10am-14pm all days or 23pm-3am , 4hours per day

Rules :
1st : player anti arab can t join this game or he need to change this stupid name of morron
2st : allied can t take all RM or oil in ressource in market
3st no war before danzig but ger can declar war all time (but if AI attack him world war can begin after that )
4st : SU player have 1year before barbarrosa after the vichy event
5st: anti arab change u name and i m sure ur mother are sadam hussen !
6st:24div maxi in a province
7st:12maxi div for amphibian troops
