Why not make another scenario with the frankish kingdom with charlemagne and the big empire is already formed but its hard to mantain because there will be many revolts.So what do you think of this idea ?

just getting the 751 AD one out in any form of completeness will be slow and long as it is.
though additional scenarios in-between 751 and 1150 (or 1066ish) maybe an idea later on. Thanks for the thoughts

1066 would be more interesting imho.
But the problem with scenarios this old is finding good and accurate maps... as an example, I haven't been able to find even 1 single RoTW map of 1337 - so I won't even try to imagine how hard it would be to find even older RoTW maps...

Well, I think having the AJFIFU as a single scenario that starts in 751 and ends in 1066 has its advantages

I also rely on a 1645 page 'The Collins Encyclopedia of Military History, 4th ed.' by Dupuy and Dupuy which contains several good maps. It covers a huuuuuge amount of stuff.
As to 1066. hehe. I know Nicephorus would like it to end at 1066, but I am not sure. personally I would like to include 1066 and the first crusade (so at least 1100 AD), I know EU2 is not Crusader Kings, but I think it could still be included. Nevertheless, there is still alot that needs to be done before we even get to 1066 in Europe and in Asia (as well as North Africa, I suppose), so the debate about the 'enddate' can continue for a while
