Hello, I created a new scenario for all of those quiet voices who are bored with the Fantasia scenario. This is a buffed up version of Fantasia. I've added 8 extra countries in Europe. Given national shields to all the selectable countries

Europa Universalis Scenario "Fantasia Nox"

Description: This scenario is a modification of the standard Fantasia scenario included with Europa Universalis 2. There are 16 playable countries in this scenario: Baden, Brittany, Catalonia, China, Eire, Granada, Helvitia, Inca, Iroquois, Lorraine, Mameluks, Mugal Empire, Naples, Staussburg, Ukraine, Denmark. I thought Fantasia would be a bit more interesting if the players were closer together. I've also given the selectable countries national shields in surrounding provinces. I thought it was unfair that newly independent countries got them, but regular players didn't.
By default countries that arn't in the original Fantasia scenario are dark green. So, I've included is an alternate country.csv file. It modifies the country colors in the diplomacy screen for the Fantasia scenario only.
Install Instructions for Fantasia_Nox
Copy Fantasia_Nox.eug into scenarios/ in your Europa Universalis 2 directory.
Copy country.csv into db/ in your Europa Universalis 2 directory.
