Hi,
In my current game, I have several planets full of pops and use them to populate my newly colonized worlds. That allows me to fill new planets quickly but new resettlement screen is just bad. I think it needs to have some kind of filters to allow us to sort pops on planets according to their job/species /faction etc. It's not good when I need to scroll 200+ pops to find just one worker without a job or specific type of species to resettle.

It could use a clean up. Most logical with the current job assignment code, the first pops showed should be the unemployed, then the workers, then the specialists, then the rulers. If you transfer rulers, the lowerclasses will immediately fill the rulerclass job; but you do risk that the old ruler pop would need time to demote to a lower strata on the new planet. So moving anyone that is not unemployed or a worker is illogical. By just sorting them on strata/jobs, things will be much easier.

Even better would be to first divide them in species first. You choose a species, which collapses like a windows folder into the different strata.

More annoying, and it had been like that in the past, is the way how you choose planets. I usually don't know the names of the planets that are not my home planet, which makes it hard to find the right ones. A nicer way of choosing the planet I want would be more simple if it was done with a bar, next to where the pops are moved, that is arranged like the outliner. It will require to enlarge the resettle screen quite a bit, but I think that will be much easier.
