New provinces in the CG

When one reads the AARs and look at the map screenshots, one notes a great number of 'new' provinces in the CG that definitively do not exist in the BG.

This is probably a good thing. Always though some of the world map minors were too small. Have many 'new' provinces been added? The world map especially but also parts of
europe (Scandinavia/Russia) seems to have undergone some changes.

Some of the tiny Dutch provinces in the BG were merged for ergonomic reasons. Some of the Eastern provinces were split to make them closer in size to those in the West. Most were left as they were in the BG, i.e. wrong.
