New provinces for Eastern Europe

I created this discussion to add new provinces to EU4. Eastern Europe has not enough provinces. Areas needing new provinces are:

• Balkans
  
• Commonwealth
  
• Hungary
  
• East Germany
• Scandinavia

I have prepared a map of this region with the present provinces and their borders. Please mark the suggested provinces with colors (eg yellow, red or green so that the new provinces do not connect to others).

I will give a map in which I presented the change of the borders of the already existing provinces (red color - new borders, colorfully painted provinces - provinces affected by border change). I would like we to be based on this map it adding new provinces.

My change is based on historical boundaries.

I myself argue for a more accurately display of the cultures in the Livonian provinces, with Dörpt (and partly Liefland) having the wrong cultural tag in my humble opinion (they should be Estonian) arguments see in above mentioned threads

I think it would be cool to have added the old Eastern European faiths (because these lands were not fully christianised). For example, the faith of the Nordic, faith of the Slavic and faith of the baltic.

I think it would be good to add Bukovina and Dobrudzha provinces but that has been suggested before.

I think so too. There are many provinces missing in the Balkans.
Culture in Dobrudzha would be Bulgarian, and Bukovina would be Romanian / Hungarian.

While there always are possibilities to add a few provinces here and there, for the sake of lithuania and Ruthenia I think there are better ways to create the needed flavor.
