The current country of Utrecht owned a substantial area between Friesland and Gelre called Oversticht, this used to be represented by Utrecht owning a core in Gelre but that has since been removed.
I would propose adding the following province of Oversticht to improve the accuracy of the region, its size would also not be outrageous and fit that of surrounding provinces.
