The main difference between Pax and EU is of course the political system in Pax. But yeah, the strategic gameplay is almost identical. Phillipe has stated that he intends to revivit the Roman Era in the future, but I assume he will use the AGEOD engine that Birth of America, American Civil War, and Napoleon's Campaigns uses; which is fine by me.

How can you play TW for the battles! One archer unit can take down forces 5x its size. It is sooo rigged and easy! TW AI is way worse than Paradox's hence me buying their games!Fijj said:

TW has a good concept, it is just not there. Once they get it, then maybe, I will buy another TW game.
