Could be, but maybe it's referring to the territories lost in the east?
No, it has to be Versailles. The only "betrayal" the Nazi's talked about, was the treaty after WWI. Everything else is just a symptom of that.
The Dutch flag seems to be upside down, unless, the Netherlands has been occupied by Yugoslavia.
Not exactly. If you look closely, the icon depicts the "stab-in-the-back" that was used (not invented) by Nazis to discredit the interwar govt. and others. This is an internal political modifier of some kind that may or may not be relieved by remilitarization of the Rheinland or other military actions. Maybe it sticks around for a long time, maybe it gives bonuses?

you might be on to something. this being the political screen, it could be a bonus to the Nazi party loyalty because the people feel betrayed by the Weimar republic.
Has anyone noticed the lack of capital letters in this screenshot?

This is good news! I loved the tech teams in HOI2, glad to see them back. Although how they work as a gameplay mechanic is yet unknown, I would quess that they work something in the line of:
- They give bonuses to specific tech research
- Plus sign would suggest that:
-- There is a pool to choose from
-- There must be some (nation/government/economy specific?) limit on how many companies you can choose
- Do they also give production bonuses?
I hope they change the "Fascistic" parties to grey/black like hoi3 from that hideous brown.
Yes, but what's up with the Fascists eagle on top of the Iron Cross? I fully understand not using the 'symbol'! I think the Iron Cross for Germany is good.Well, black for the Fascists, hideous brown for the Nazis would be more accurate.
