Are we not getting any teasers for the new grand strategy game before saturday, then?
Looks like that and Im not found of that direction. Are we not getting any teasers for the new grand strategy game before saturday, then?
Perhaps there is nothing substantial to promote.
Which makes me nervous that it might just be a mobile game.
Your fear is groundless and irrational, they would not promise a GSG and then give us a mobile game. That would be a terrible idea and I see no reason to believe they're braindead.Which makes me nervous that it might just be a mobile game.

I will be so disappointed if it is a fantasy game.Another mobile game after this Stellaris offshoot MMO thing would be a real trainwreck. I still think that a Fantasy game is the most likely option.
I don't know, the Songs of the Eons teasers have been great.Well, if they produce a GSG set in a random world, with a fixed length campaign beginning on a totally random starting date ranging from prehistory to something in the future, and a random chance whether or not fantasy elements will be included, then there's nothing to tease about, because each subsequent campaign could turn into just about anything. Of course, the odds of that are about zero, and the amount of time and effort to do all of that WELL would be close to infinite.
Well. I mean. 2 years ago I would have agreed with you. Under the current regime I'm not certain.Your fear is groundless and irrational, they would not promise a GSG and then give us a mobile game. That would be a terrible idea and I see no reason to believe they're braindead.
This is also an irrational fear. If the very broad "theme" of the game is fantasy, it still doesn't tell us much about the actual game.I will be so disappointed if it is a fantasy game.
That's your prerogative, but I strongly disagree.Well. I mean. 2 years ago I would have agreed with you. Under the current regime I'm not certain.
At least on Twitter, they made it clear the mobile game is outsourced, not to replace PC games.Well. I mean. 2 years ago I would have agreed with you. Under the current regime I'm not certain.
This is a significantly less irrational fear then the worry that the devs are pretending that a mobile game is for PC's.The big thing I worry about is if this mobile game could mean we should expect to see Micro transactions in their PC titles in the future.
I would be shocked if anyone disagreed.I have no problem with porting their PC titles to mobile or something like that but predatory Micro transactions is a whole other thing.
