A serious MP game needs a new Sultan to rule Great Ottoman Empire!

Other player countries are France, Austria, Russia, Spain, Brandenburg and England. It's the year 1630. Just in a few words, I would say France is the strongest both economically and military, Austria and OE are close behind. England is a colonial superpower and economically second after France and possibly even first soon, but military much weaker. Sure, her navy is the largest one, but manpower is what counts really. Spain is a bit backward, but in a decade or two, when inflation is taken care of, she will be a real power. Russia – too early for a superpower Russia, but has to be counted with. Brandenburg is relatively large and his time is yet to come.
Our former regular OE player (JtheMad «the Magnificent») is unable to continue guiding his empire. He has done a truly magnificent job with OE. Economy is flourishing. The most amazing fact is OE controls 5 CoTs (Thrace, Alexandria, Isfahan, Zanzibar, Kutch) in which he has almost complete monopoly. That brings around 1200 d per year only from trade – roughly the same as France and England! Times of trouble with rebellions are behind them armies are among the best in the world. The new ruler only has to decide where to go.
Former Sultan had a plan to conquer a large part of India. Although France and England are there, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bengal are still independent and ready to be taken. And with Mughals in their alliance and land access from Kutch, OE really is in advance! Could he threaten English Ganges, the richest CoT in the world, with over 1000 d traded there? Than nothing could stop him from getting as far as Malaya or China!
Or perhaps the next goal is Astrakhan CoT, which is Russian, but just over the border. Although OE already has monopoly there, why not take it under total control anyway?
The new Sultan might decide not to honor previous agreements with Austria and go for Vienna after all. Although Indian provinces are a bit more valuable than Balkan…
