New numbered province map?

Does anyone know where I can find a new, updated map with the province numbers? Alternatively, does anyone know if/when one will become available? The only one I know of is this one:

This map is great, except that the map has since been updated. So now there are move provinces than shown on this old version of the map and numbers have also shifted. Some areas haven't changed and other areas are almost completely different. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to bump, but I am hoping that maybe some folks with information just didn’t see my question. Will there be another map? Alternatively, is there another place to get a map or list of the current provinces?

If not on the WIki, then unlikely elsewhere i'd say.

Easy to find though either directly in history/provinces or if you can't find the name, search for the name you see in localisation folder first.
For only a few cases it's all quickly done with Notepad++ and the Search in Files option.
