Can we get a one of the nice notification flags we get for having no debate in Parliament that shows up when the 5 year debate minimum period ends?

100% agree with this request. Its a real pain having to try to remember that in 5 years I need to try to bribe parliament. The number of times I have forgotten and lost 20 prestige is painful, especially when trying to play in Ironman Mode.
