I was looking over República Riograndense, it's just weird that if Brazil releases it while Getulio Vargas is president, he becomes president of both the countries...
Ps.: I had this once when I liberated RSI from Italy, and continued fighting Mussolini, but Mussolini was also the head of state/government of RSI...

Maybe you people who live out of the Iberian Peninsula don't get it, but Andorra is a friendly in-joke for almost all the inhabitants of the Iberian peninsula, even my Andorran uncle does jokes about his own country. That and fellow Spaniard Forumite Wenck's AAR about the King Boris I of Andorra (which could be someday translated to English, now that it comes to my mind) and his crazy and surreal adventures, is what makes Andorra a desirable country by BinomistaR-G. Even Daboo could tell you about why Andorra is funny (If he wants and doesn't get offended). But yes, maybe it is also a somewhat unimportant country.

Well, I won't say that Andorra is funny. It is a small and beautiful country, good for skying, shopping and spend hollydays. I've visited Andorra myself several times because I live quite near Andorra. I'm agree that Andorra is uniportant for the game point of view, but maybe you didn't notice that Boris I can be HOS of Catalonia. Since the official languages of Andorra is Catalan I decided to "include" Andorra in Catalonia.

Yes I have the template but since I'm not the creator I'm not sure If I have permission to share it. I found it here at Paradox Forum, so I'm sure that If you make a search you'll easilly find it as I did

but could you maybe add a scenario where most countrys are already free nations at the start that would be awesome and then you can have like tons of small wars with a small nation and become 1 bigger ;o
or some events that can be triggered via the console to set them all/most free.

Where did you get Karelian flag? This one was used in ww2 (in Finnish propaganda but anyway).

And again, shouldnt you change Tatarstan to Idel-Ural? That way you could use Mordvin, Mari, Chuvas and Udumurt leaders. And with Idel-Ural i ment historical Idel-Ural, not pan Turanian state.

I took the flag from wikipedia and as far as I know is the "national" flag of Karelia.

About Ider-Ural, is not that country already covered by the Vanilla´s Transural republic? Please post a map of the ider-ural.

Sorry, crapy map but it would include Tataria, Ufa, Mari El and Udmurt Republic, allmoust same areas as you have given to Tatarstan.
