If I may be permitted to ask, what's the latest version of this mod that's compatible w/ Doomsday (non-Armageddon)? Thanks in advance for your help.

The latest version of the Mod compatible with Doomsday was version 2.0.
It is no more available and it was only announced at Mod 34 Forum, that's why most of people doesn't know about it, because I started this threat here at Paradox Forum since the Mod is only Armageddon Compatible.

Dude, I'm an avid reader, but I've just moved to a new state for a job and my girlfriend and I have little to do and nowhere to go during the holidays.

I have to fix a couple of minor problems (some missing propaganda images and minister pics) and recheck that everything works properly.

Also, if you wanted to be very nice, what you could do is also make a folder for every modified nation so if we are not using ARM we can still use those nations.

Take your time, no need to rush! Before your mod existed, we were also quite happy playing the vanilla version only
