I got the mod itself to work. But my ministers don't have pics and the new nations don't have flags! Is that normal? If not, how can I fix it?
This would mean something went wrong with the GFX folder, so you should probably just download it again.

Did you install start from the Vanilla?
Is the "use folder names" option checked (in winzip)?
Every time I try to extract it says it will take 7 days or more! Forget this mod. In the process of trying to install it, my files got butchered!

There are detailed instructions on the website, on the same page where you download the Mod from. I think it would be a usefull country to release when you're playing as Germany or even USSR.
In South America, if you won't add the República Rio-Grandense you could add a country like "União Amazônica" (Amazonic Union) in the north of Brazil, maybe claiming the Guianas and some provinces of Colombia, Venezuela and Peru.
I don't know if you have done it already then never mind bu have you got England (as in an independent England not the UK)
