Just wanted to say this is a cool mod to mess around with.
One question, however:
I tried a game with France, and as a part of restoring the old french empire, I took Germany and divided it to buffer states.
So I happily looked at the new puppet German kingdoms: Bavaria,Prussia,Saxony,Rhineland, blah blah blah.... what's that? Bremen, Kiel, Hanover and Wilhelmshafen still belong to me... But i want it as a buffer state territory too... :(
I suggest that you either make the Hamburg state bigger to contain these territories, or create a brand new Hanover Kingdom that will own these.

Thank you and continue with the good work.

I just give them to other puppets. Kiel should be given to Danmark of c. ;)

Can this be the flag for Iberia now? I know the one we have in the mod is correct, and this one has conflicted meanings, but this is just so much... cooler. :D

You can put the current one in the historical flags pack.

Reignerok's Flag is "cool" but only if you're Republican because the "Spanish side" of the flag is the Republican flag of Spain, for now I'll keep the iberian flag unchanged.
I found a Iberists website time ago and there were a lot proposals for the iberian Flag ... Iberia is a country that has never existed so is difficult to choose one.

Western Canada pretty much needs to conquer Cascadia in the game for IC and tech teams anyway. :p

IMO a left wing radical or leninist Western Canada under Tommy Douglas/Tim Buck would be a lot of fun to play with. "CCF conquers North America." :D

I did some basic stuff for Aden (South Yemen) and await further details if Daboo is interested in adding it or not. I managed to get 12 ministers, 2 leaders, 1 tech team, and can get more leaders and tech teams. They're all colonial (besides a few PA Sultans), but yeah.
Did you send me the files? please do it, I'll include the new nation in the next update

I have South Yemen in my own package. Feel free to use it. Change the U number if needed. It's U36 in my package. I've used the historic Communist flag, and have one set of Communist ministers (start 1941) and one set of non-communist ministers (the default). If you add any ministers, let me know. I've also got several tech teams.

I don't know if this has been addressed yet, so I'll quickly notify you about it.

The NNM v.5 with the new map has Albanian ministers and leaders that the NNM v.5 with the vanilla map does not have. Same thing with some other country. I personally copied these files to the vanilla map version in my NNM download, but it'd be nice if they were included in version 6 so people who want them don't have to do it manually.

With all the modifications to the map in this mod, I had one idea...

Back when the Australian government were picking the location for the national capital, one requirement was that it was at least x miles from the coast, to put it out of the range of battleship guns... So where does HOI put the province? Coastal!

Not exactly an epic game-changing mod, but it's always bugged me...

Yuck, Republican colours. I don't like that flag at all. I think the current one is a lot better and more historical.

I don't play with the new map version, so such a change wouldn't necessarily concern me. However I must warn you, that if such a change would be made simply because of that reason, there'd be literally dozens, if not hundreds, of more or less similar cases demanding attention, with most of them actually being far more important.

To name one, the island of Suursaari, which isn't included in HoI2, which acted as a lock to the Red Banner Baltic Fleet. Whoever controlled it also controlled who'd get out of Kronshtadt/Leningrad to the rest of the Baltic Sea (and Gulf of Finland). Thus the island was of immense strategic importance, yet it's not included in the game. Just an example of how there are lots of required province changes far more important than the capital of Australia. No offense intended to anyone, of course.

Canberra was and is indeed the capital of Australia but it is in fact nowhere near the coast. Pdox has a bad sense of geography when they gave it a coastline--it is in fact up in the mountains hundreds of kilometers from the ocean.
