As you might know, Egypt doesn't have any ideas and tradition in its own. Egypt uses the ideas of the nation that formed it. Why don't get new traditions and ideas for Egypt? I have suggestions for these. They are far from being perfect, but at least they are something, in my opinion. I tried to create them from real life events, I hope that they are not too bad

Traditions: Production efficiency +20% and development cost -5% (I was inspired by Nile and its delta)
Ambition: (I couldn’t come up with anything for ambition)

NEW EGYPTIAN IDEAS
1) Land of Ancient Cultures

Prestige Decay -0.5%
From the pharaohs in First Dynasty to Islamic Kingdoms/Sultanates, Egypt hosted many ancient cultures. As the current kingdom who controls this region, its prestige decay could be lowered.

2) Rosetta Stone
Institution Embracement Cost -10% or Institution Spread +10%
Rosetta Stone was found by a French soldier during the Napoleon Bonaparte’s invasion of Eyalet of Egypt. This finding eventually led to decipherment of ancient Egyptian language. Rosetta Stone could be implemented as reduction in institution embracement cost or faster spread of the institutions.

3) Elimination of Mameluke Nobility
Yearly absolutism +1
Muhammad Ali took control of Egypt by fighting against Ottomans and local Mameluke nobility. Then, he became the “Khedive” of Egypt and it is more or less equivalent to a “king” if you will. This event can be represent with yearly increase in absolutism.

4) Suppression of Saudi Rebellion
National Unrest -1
Wahhabis revolted against Ottomans in 19th century and Ottoman Sultan asked Muhammad Ali to suppress this rebellion. Although it took some for Muhammad Ali to quell it, he and his sons eventually succeded.

5) Economic Reforms of Muhammad Ali
Goods produced modifier +10%
Muhammad Ali made many reforms for the Egyptian economy, most notably he promoted the cultivation of cotton. Why can’t we see this event adapted as a modifier for goods production?

6) Taking Control of Sudan
Trade Efficiency +10% or Global Trade Power +10%
Between 1820-24, Egypt conquered Sudan to control the Red Sea trade. This annexation can be implemented as an increase in trade efficiency or trade power.

7) Improvements in Military and Navy
Military Tradition +1% and Naval Tradition +1%
Just like late-Ottoman Empire, Egyptian Khedivate reformed its military and navy. In fact, Egypt was better at it. Muhammad Ali even took on Ottomans after Greek Independence War and briefly occupied much of the Middle East.
