It's not that I hate Russia but Christ it has so many ministers!

What would their ideologies/traits/minister positions be though?

Georgy Lvov would probably be dead by 1936. Also having Alexy I as security minister makes no sense. For one thing he was enthroned in 1945 (so he'd just have his birth name, Sergey Simanskiy), and secondly having such a religious authority as a security minister doesn't make much sense.

Alexander Konovalov is already a minister for Russia.

Mrdie, we already have Sergius I of Moscow as a Sec Minister.

However, Georgy Lvov was dead in 1925.
