new mapmode

I would like to see 'direct vassal' mapmode expanded to show all rulers 2 levels down from an independent ruler, to show duchies in an empire.

Also I would like an option to display COA on maps to duchy level in an empire. It's impossible to locate duchy capital in an empire.

Where there is some good news for the both of us:

There are apparently changes being made to this mapmode right now so hopefully a good resolution will emerge from it But thanks for the report!

well, i will love if they implemented colored showing of regions when you are trying cover religion (proerthyrize) ame way as when you try to steal technology, it will make convertion of regions little easier.
