I have entered Aegnors list into the new province.csv. As maladict proposed I have changed the terrain in brabant, geldre and overijsel to plains as this is "above sea-level Netherlands". Also, Aegnors list didn't include what province should have a harbor. Basing myself on the old map I have given no harbor to the following coastal provinces: Rosello, Montpellier, Picardie and Gelre. I have given a harbor to Overijsel as there are some old hanse cities there (Kampen for example). Of the provinces "behind Zeeland" I have given a port to Antwerpen (obviously) but not to staats brabant.
