New map-editor without theme-select

I have a very great idea for the map-editor and the theme-select:

Let the Map-Editor always begin with a default map and not with a start-theme like now!
After creating the default-map, you can start every new game with any theme (north, south, european, asian, african, american, ...)
Ingame you can select districts with other themes (french, british, german, chinese, ...)

I hope you like this.

I never liked the idea of themed maps. A better idea is to place all this functionality into Districts. I want to be able to place anything on any map.
