Just started a new let's design city on you tube.

Episode one is a brief tour of the city so far. Around 6000 population, with low residential in the main area, a business development to the centre, and a high wealth section to the south next to the river. The district is surrounded by a canal with pedestrian walkways.
There is also an industrial section serviced by a freight train. With a passenger train to bring in tourists.
I have made a start on a beach area.
The town is worth a look just to see the football stadium and a stunning beetle shaped hockey stadium.

Episode 3

Brief tour of the city, with a focus on education. The university is now available to the cims, bringing them in line with commercial expectations. Local government have agreed planning permission for a new theatre by the reservoir and a community library resides on the east side of Kensington. On the sea front a new golf course is taking shape.
Plans for a retail park are drawn up and put into operation.
But what surprise building is now in the city? In this part of Heraldmont County it certainly is wonderful everyday!

Episode 4

Demand for residential is at an all time high, and there is a mystery surrounding one of the car parks in the retail area.
A new environment has attracted a string of businesses to the centre and more gardens are created.
The locals have their own small time football stadium and we track back down memory lane with a golfing story involving the great West Indian cricketer Malcolm Marshall.
It's all happening in Heraldmont County.
