There were so many leaders added recently by SV. Maybe it's time for updating whole pack with new stuff and reported fixes?

About the leader picture making, I hope Semper Victor can give at least a basic response.

I've added all the Balkan countries, Yugoslavia, Serbia, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania... Some of them were already in, but had tweaks/more leaders added. Also some japs, and as I said; random tweaks.

Jonesy, FYI this mod is integrated into VIP already, and I've been keeping development up to date so that when VIP:R 0.3 is released, it will include all the latest Balkan leaders PW and SV have posted here.

I have two versions of Vicky though - VIP, and then a 'clean' version that integrates several mods partly (graphics mods mainly).

Saying that though... I do still play VIP most haha!
