Well observed. The fact is that there were two generals in the Austro-Hungarian Army during WWI called like that.
The first one (the one who appears in the link you posted) was
Karl von Kirchbach auf Lauterbach (1856-1939) who commanded III and IV Armies in the Eastern Front.
The second one (the one I chose to make the leaderpic with) was
Johann von Kirchbach auf Lauterbach (1858-1920) who was karl's younger brother, and commanded II Army Corps until 1916, from then on he commanded Vienna garrison.
Why did I chose Johan instead of Karl given that the later was the more important one in rank? Well, it was because of the original vanilla game leaderfiles:
As you can see, the name in the file states clearly "Freiherr" (baron), while karl was a count (Karl Graf von Kirchbach auf Lauterbach), and the background and personality stats seem to fit better to Johann than to his older brother, who was far more of a successful commander than Johann ever was.
Anyway, I could also do Karl's leaderpic and have the whole family in the game
